Heute Abend habe ich es auch endlich mal geschafft, nachdem hier ja bereits seit längerem die aktuelle Version des Wordpress auf deutsch angekündigt und empfohlen wird, mein Blog auf den aktuellen Softwarestand zu bringen. Nebenbei habe ich gleich auch zwei neue Plugins installiert, die mir die Wartung ein wenig vereinfachen:
Ersteres macht ein Update fälliger Plugins, zweiteres unterstützt den Upgrade der Blog-Software (was ich hiermit quasi getestet hatte). Die Sache habe ich allerdings vorher noch im Quellcode, wie man hier sehen kann, angepasst, um die deutsche Programmversion von Wordpress herunterzuladen.
Jetzt muss ich mir nur einen kleinen gelben Post-It an den Rechner pappen, damit ich dran denke, sollte ich mal das Update-Plugin updaten, dass ich die Quelltextänderung wieder nachziehe!
